As of 2004, Şehremini has provided consultancy to the institutions of more than 50 such as the governor’s office, municipalities and affiliates, universities, provincial organizations of the central administration, chambers of commerce, professional organizations and has prepared reports on legal acquis of the city for each project by evaluating and making impact analysis of more than 200 projects.
